The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the respondents No. 4-11 to be represented by their natural father in connection with WP (C) No. 271 of 2026 in MC (WP (C)) No. 326 of 2026. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said respondents No. 4-11 are all minor children and as such, the said respondents be allowed to be represented by their natural father/guardian. Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned senior counsel and DSGI submitted that he has no objection in allowing the miscellaneous application.
