JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE O R D E R 24-03-2026 This is an intra-court appeal against the order dated December 29, 2025, vide which the learned writ court vacated the interim order dated 24.12.2024, which required the parties to maintain status quo. We are informed that in fact prior to the filing of the present appeal, the appellants had moved an application CM No. 42/2026 seeking recalling of the impugned order. And, notice in the said application has since been issued and the same is posted, along with the main case, for April 18, 2026. Accordingly, learned counsel for the parties submit that in the given circumstances, it would rather be expedient if the date fixed in the petition as also the application (ibid) is preponed. And, the learned writ court is requested to take up the matter on the date fixed and pass necessary orders to secure the interests of all the parties. That being so, we are not required to delve any further into the matter. The date fixed in the main case as also the application is, accordingly, preponed to April 6, 2026. The learned writ court is requested to take up the application moved by the appellants on the date fixed and pass appropriate orders and if possible to dispose of the main case itself.
