Guruprasad Government Counsel for R1 and R2 Mr.C.Vigneswaran for R3 ORDER The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.03.2024. 2. The case of the petitioner is that she submitted a representation dated 23.03.2024, seeking the issuance of patta in her name for lands measuring 0.13 cents in S.F. No. 314/7 and 0.16 cents in S.F. No. 360/9, situated at Pallawada Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District. However, the same has not been considered till date by the 2nd respondent. The learned Government Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submitted that, acting upon the petitioner's representation, the respondents have already commenced the enquiry. A fresh hearing date has been scheduled for 07.07.2026, and appropriate orders will be passed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in due course. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the officials respondents. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law regarding the issuance of patta for the lands measuring 0.13 cents in S.F. No. 314/7 and 0.16 cents in S.F. No. 360/9, situated at Pallawada Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 23.03.2024.
