JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the memo of calculation which shows that arrears of maintenance amount is not paid. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15615 CRL.RP No. 835 of 2022 2. Memo of calculation reads as under: "The Petitioner submits that, the respondents has filed the Petition under section 12 of DV Act for maintenance for herself and for her son respondent no 2 and the same was allowed in Criminal Appeal to pay Rs. 8000/- for respondent no 1 and Rs. 7000/- for respondent no 2 from the date of petition which is from 24/11/2017. That the Divorce also granted by the family court Bangalore on 13/10/2023. From, 24/11/2017 to 31/10/2023 becomes 72 months. The Petitioner herein has to pay Rs. 15000/- per month to both respondents for 72 months which amounts to 10,80,000/- (Ten Lakh and Eight Thousand Rupees only). The Petitioner paid till date in recovery proceedings of Rs. 7,50,000/- (Seven Lakh and fifty thousand Rupees only). in c.mis 51/22. The Petitioner still has to be a balance amount of Rs. 3,30,000/- (Three Lakh and Thirty Thousand Rupees only). The Petitioner is ready to pay the Rs. 3,30,000/ in recovery proceedings in C.Mis 51/2022 within one week." Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
