The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered under sections 414/419/420/467/468/471/120(B) of the I.P.C and under sections 66(B) (C) (D) of I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused Tobhakar Singh who has been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 6952 of 2024 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2025. He further submits that chargesheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the case is arising out of cyber crime. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused Tobhakar Singh who ( 2026:JHHC:1809 ) 2 has been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 6952 of 2024 by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court, petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
