The petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the cheque amount to the credit of STC. No.184 of 2022 before the trial court as directed by the order of this Court dated 15.04.2026. 3. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to produce deposit receipt on the next date of hearing before this Court. In case of failure to comply with the order dated 15.04.2026 by the next hearing, this miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed automatically. 4.
