Counsel for the respondent has filed a memo for disposal which reads as under: Memo for Disposal The above appeal has been filed by the Appellant against the order dated 05-08-2023 in EI.No.3 of 2014. The ESI Court had rejected the Appellant Petition under section 75 of ESI Act. The Appellant has availed the ESI Amnesty Scheme, 2025 and has agreed to pay the amount has claimed by the ESI Corporation towards Damages. The Appellant has further agreed that sum of Rs.1,33,873/- (one Lakh thirty three thousand eight hundred seventy three only) that was deposited before ESI Court may be utilised and adjusted towards the damages claim and has undertaken to pay balance amount in future claim. The undertaken given by the Appellant is herewith produced.
