Side) Order 1.This Criminal Original Petition seeks to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.814 of 2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, for alleged offences under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC @ 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC, on the ground of compromise between the parties. The accused are present before this Court physically, and the defacto complainant is present virtually. The gist of facts leading to the instant case is that, on account of previous enmity arising out of a money transaction between the parties, the accused are said to have verbally abused PW1 to PW3 and hit them with their hands, and also threatened to eliminate them. 4. Thus, it can be seen that this matter is a fit case for the exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction to quash the case on compromise. 5. Accordingly, this Crl.O.P. No.16856 of 2026 stands allowed.
