The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the matter is pending on account of some difficulty to serve P.T. warrant on the accused No.2, who is in jail. He further submitted that there are nine witnesses in this case. 4. Considering the above and considering the case is of the year 2022, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of on the following terms: i) The respondent Police shall ensure serving of P.T.
