It is seen that the respondent has specifically mentioned the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4972 of 2025 on 04.04.2025, wherein this Court had directed the deletion of the entry made while registering the preliminary decree passed in O.S.No.582 of 2001 in Document No.3611 of 2021. This entry tantamounts to deleting the entry made while registering the preliminary decree. This clarification will sufficiently take care of the grievance expressed by the petitioners. 3.
