The petitioner is an accused in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 19/2025. The uncle of the informant was shot at by some unknown miscreants which resulted in his death. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused Budhram Hassa. It has further been submitted that the petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade but he was not identified. Learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khunti in connection with Maranghada P.S.
