No. 4058/2025/Sapa) dated 12.02.2026. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the grievance ought to be agitated before the Principal District Court, the petitioner has approached this Court directly. He, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Principal District Court. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect, which is extracted hereunder: “Permitted to withdraw to approach Prl. District Judge, Coimbatore.”. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the request for withdrawal of this Writ Petition is accepted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
