For Petitioners: Mr.Anish Gopi ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioners, who are the decree-holders seek an early disposal of E.P.No.4 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 2333 of 2026 ____________ Page No.2 of 4 2013 in RCOP No.1 of 1998, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District. 2. According to the petitioners, an execution application has been filed by an obstructor to obstruct the execution of the decree passed in favour of the petitioners, which is pending consideration before the executing court. According to them, E.A.No.65 of 2014 filed by the obstructor is posted for the petitioners/decree-holders’ evidence on 07.07.2026. Since EP was filed as early as in the year 2013 itself, the petitioners seek an early disposal of E.P.No.4 of 2013 along with E.A.No.65 of 2014. It is also to be noted that earlier this Court had directed the very same executing court to dispose of the said EP, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in C.R.P.No.1725 of 2023 on 23.07.2025. 3. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District to dispose of E.P.No.4 of 2013 along with E.A.No.65 of 2014, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 2333 of 2026 ____________ Page No.3 of 4 4. After giving due consideration to the present status of the EP as well as the EA and the year of the EP, this Court directs the District Munsif Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District to dispose of E.P.No.4 of 2013 and E.A.No.65 of 2014 in RCOP No.1 of 1998, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
