According to the learned counsel for the petitioner when two vehicles were involved in the accident, the FIR is registered merely on the ipse dixit i.e who is connected with the other vehicle and the case of the petitioner and her son who is injured in the accident is not at all taken into account. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the Government of Tamil Nadu would submit that investigation is pending and after receipt from the RTO the further investigation will be completed. 3. In a case of accident involving more than one vehicle merely because the FIR is registered by taking into complaint of one person and showing the other as an accused, the same by itself will not be final. If the petitioner or her son is giving a final version, the same shall also be looked into by the investigation officer and their statement shall be recorded and the investigation shall be completed by dispassionately analysing the evidence on record and finding out which of the vehicle is the offending vehicle.
