JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA O R D E R 22.04.2026 Heard Mr. Y.S. Mannan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. P. Mazumdar, the learned Standing Counsel, D.R.I. 2. This is the second application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for regular bail to the petitioners Lenminthang Kipgen and Lhingneikim who are facing trial in NDPS Case No.150/2023 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati. 3. On 11.11.2025, the bail application of the petitioners was rejected by this Court on the ground that all the 11 prosecution witnesses were already examined though the cross-examination of the 11th witness was awaited. This Court has held that allowing the petitioners to go on bail at this stage, would hamper early disposal of the case before the trial court. 4. Today, while moving this bail application, no new ground has been pleaded. Therefore, this Court cannot change its decision as was held on 11.11.2025 vide Bail Application No.2751/2025. 5.
