According to him, his pay has been wrongly fixed at a lower level, due to which he is suffering recurring financial loss. It is contended by learned Counsel for the petitioner that as many as 19 disciplinary enquiries were initiated against the petitioner, which resulted in his exoneration, however due to pendency of those enquiries, there was some discrepancy in his pay fixation, which needs to be corrected immediately. It is contended that petitioner is due to retire within two years. Learned Counsel for the petitioner refers to Annexure-4 to the writ petition, which is a representation dated 1.4.2026. (3) After arguing for a while, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Managing Director be directed to take decision on aforesaid representation. (4) Ms. Indu Sharma, learned Counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, assures that decision on petitioner’s representation, if not already taken, shall be taken within eight weeks. (5) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation 2026:UHC:3416 to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 1.4.2026, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
