This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(1), 190(2), 190(3), 109, 115(2),121(1), 121(2), 125, 132, 324(4), 351, 352 of BNS and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 378 of 2025. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It appears that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has no connection with this incident and the name of petitioner transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of other co- accused persons. The allegations leveled against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. 5. Admittedly, the petitioner is not named in the FIR. There is no specific allegation and chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. Co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 29.01.2026 passed in B.A. No.204 of 2026. 6. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that co- accused has been granted bail vide dated 29.01.2026 passed in B.A. No.204 of 2026, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with 2026:JHHC:5518 2 Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 378 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
