THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.16628 of 2026 O R DE R: The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.7 in passing the impugned Order vide RC.No.2/2026, dated 20.06.2026, directing the Petitioner to handover the post of incharge Head Master to the unofficial Respondent No.8 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was initially appointed as Grade-I Hindi Pandit in the year 2006 and has been discharging his duties ever since. Thereafter, by Order dated 01.10.2024, he was appointed as In-charge Head Master of the said school. After being so appointed, the strength of the said school and the results of the students in the SSC examinations also improved. However, without taking note of any of these aspects, Respondent No.7 passed the impugned Order handing over the said post to unofficial Respondent No.8. Questioning the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the impugned Order was passed contrary to the facts on ground and without issuing any prior notice to the Petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that if the petitioner makes a comprehensive representation to the Respondent No.3 and the same would be considered and pass appropriate orders thereon. 3
5. Heard both the counsels. 6. In view of the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:
i) The Petitioner shall submit a representation to the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 with regard to the impugned Order along with factual proofs. ii) After the receipt of the representation from the Petitioner, the Respondents shall consider the representation of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of six weeks.
