Counsel for the respondents-State has brought to our notice that the similar application being CMP No.4006 of 2026, titled Girdhari Lal Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others has also been filed in which notice was issued for 13.03.2026 in the main case (CWP No.21299 of 2025) and the execution of the order dated 02.01.2026 has now been sought. 2. In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that two remedies as such cannot be availed by the writ petitioner.
