The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 261 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Koderma. The matter involves theft of motorcycle and it is contended that there is no legal evidence to implicate the petitioner in the present case. CCTV Footage of the incident was recorded on the basis of which co- accused Sanjay Kumar was apprehended and the name of the petitioner has come up in his confessional statement. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2025. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
