This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, namely, Sri Ratul Malik has prayed for releasing him on bail, after he was arrested in connection with Fatashil Ambari P.S. Case No. 12/2026. 3. Even after 90 (ninety) days of detention, the concerned Investigating Officer could not filed the charge sheet. 4. Therefore, the petitioner Sri Ratul Malik is entitled to default bail. 5. After considering the submissions of the learned counsel of both sides, it is hereby directed that the petitioner Sri Ratul Malik, who was arrested in connection with Fatashil Ambari P.S. Case No. 12/2026, shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati, Assam.
