The petitioner submitted a representation dated 25.06.2025 requesting the respondents to issue a Patta for 2.40 acres of agricultural land situated in Survey Nos. 25/1, 25/2, and 25/3, which the petitioner claims to have been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of for over 30 years. However, the said representation has not been considered till date. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both sides, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2026 seeking Patta for 2.40 acres of agricultural land comprised in Survey Nos. 25/1, 25/2, and 25/3. The second respondent shall afford a fair hearing after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
