Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for two years fifteen days. Five witnesses have been examined out of the 13 witnesses cited in the charge-sheet. Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant is present. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary as well as evidence.
2 Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2461 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
