By this application, the applicant nos.1 to 4, who are original claimants, seek permission to withdraw the amount which is deposited by the appellant before this court. 2. It is stated that the deceased was the earning member of the family and due to his untimely death, they are facing the hard days and, therefore, seek permission to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this court. 3. The learned counsel for the appellant strongly opposed the application. According to him, the notional income calculated by the learned Tribunal is exorbitant and consequently the amount which was awarded is also exorbitant in the matter. 4. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The respondent nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% of amount which is deposited by the appellant before this court along with interest accrued thereon, upon furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 5.
