Though the petitioner requested for police protection to person, he is also asking police protection to his property. Further, already civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 in OS.No.207 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Dharmapuri for partition and permanent injunction in respect of the aforementioned property. That apart, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired in CSR.No.926 of 2025 and the same was closed. As such, the direction requested by the petitioner cannot be considered. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate relief.
