Side), it is seen that the statement under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita is yet to be recorded and that the investigation is still pending. 4. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that this is not an appropriate stage to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
