In short, it is his case that the circular issued by the Joint District Registrar to exercise Skip Option with the prior permission of the respondent No.2 is contrary to the law. He submits that he has submitted two representations dated 04.06.2026 and 22.05.2026 to the respondent No.2. 3. Since the call is still not taken by the respondents, we direct that the present petition be treated as representation and same shall be decided in accordance with law and if necessary, after hearing the affected person Prity 2 / 2 103.wp6528.2026 by respondent No.1 and 2 within eight weeks from receipt of this order. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce copy of petition along with order passed today before respondent Nos.1 & 2 within one week from today. 5.
