The present Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the interim order dated 20.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32317 of 2025, wherein the Respondents were directed to examine the claim of the Petitioners for promotion to the post of Head of Section in terms of the Andhra Pradesh Education Service Rules, 2005, as expeditiously as possible, pending further orders, for the panel year 2024-25. 2. In terms thereof, the reasoned order dated 17.12.2025 was passed vide Memo No.EHE02/265/2025-C SEC-CTE, wherein it is stated that the correctness of the impugned order will be examined in accordance with the applicable Rules and procedures at the time of consideration of promotion to the Petitioners for the panel year 2024-25. 3. In that view, no contempt can be attributed to Respondent No.1 for disobedience of the interim order passed by this Court and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
