The Panchayat is not represented despite service. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied for sanction from the concerned panchayat authority for raising construction in his land. The application is yet to be considered. In view of the above, the Pradhan, Amrasota Gram Panchayat, being the 3rd respondent herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on October 30, 2025 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
