It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as Office Assistant. While so, he was placed under suspension for false sexual allegations against him. Later, the charges were disproved after the due enquiry. 3. Aggrieved by the false and fake sexual harassment complaint, the petitioner made a representation dated 11.09.2024 to the respondents 1 to 4 to pay compensation of ten lakhs rupees, for which, there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
