Pursuant to the order dated 25th September, 2026, the municipality has filed an affidavit. The contents of the affidavit cannot justify closure of a business, for the building deviating from the sanctioned plan without petitioner being afforded with an opportunity of being heard. The procedure adopted by municipality is totally unacceptable. 2. Be that as it may, since the petitioner’s advocate would submit that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition, the writ petition stands dismissed.
