JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 27-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State and also learned counsel, Dr. Indiwar Kumari, appearing on behalf of the State in Cr. Misc. No.9681 of 2026 through virtual mode, in all the aforesaid three bail petitions. 2. The petitioners in all the three bail petitions seek bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 362 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 309 (6), 3(5) of B.N.S and Section (1-b)a 26 of Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, 3 persons committed loot of Rs.2,43,000/- after assaulting the informant. During investigation, it has come that the petitioners and others were found at the place of occurrence and the co-accused in his self inculpatory statement has named the petitioners as the looters. The petitioners are in custody since 02.10.2025 and have also criminal antecedents. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of all the petitioners. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioners in all the above three bail applications are participated in the crime, this Court is not Patna High Court CR.
