Though the bail was granted on 18.11.2025, in spite of such condition, he is not in position to come out on bail. 3.However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent object this petition and would submit that the trial is in the advance stage, with prosecution witnesses having been fully examined and the matter is posted for defence evidence, which factum is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.In such view of the submissions, since the trial is in the advance stage, this Court could not find any ground to modify the condition.
