Mr. Susheel Kumar, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR lodged by the respondent no.3 on 23.04.2026 registered as FIR/Case crime no. 139 of 2026 for the offences punishable Under Section 3 Section 5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Police Station Gangnahar, District Haridwar against the petitioners. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 1 and 2 not to arrest the petitioners and not take any coercive measure against the petitioners in Pursuance to the impugned FIR dated 23.04.2026 registered as FIR/Case crime no. 139 of 2026 for the offences punishable Under Section 3 Section 5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Police Station Gangnahar, District Haridwar against the petitioners. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners are ready to surrender before the court concerned. 5. The State counsel has no objection. 6. In such view of the matter, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned on or before 30.05.2026.
