Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1.That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the respondents pertaining to the petitioner’s case for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly Respondent No.2 and NO.4, to forthwith disburse the arrears of salary amounting to Rs.4,64,419/- as computed vide letter dated 06.08.2021, along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of computation till actual payment. 10.3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay exemplary costs to the petitioner for the undue hardship caused by their inaction. 10.4. Any other relief in favour of the petitioner, which may deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Zila Panchayat Raipur has written letter dated 6.8.2021 to respondent No.2 for disbursement of amount in its favour to make payment of arrears of salary of the employees mentioned therein including petitioner herein. However, till date amount of Rs.4,64,419/- has not been disbursed. He also contended that one of similarly situated teacher whose name is at Sr. No.1 in letter dated 6.8.2021, has filed WPC No.1315/2024 3 which was disposed of vide order dated 4.9.2024 directing respondents therein to make payment within specified time frame. He prays that similar order may be passed in case of petitioner also. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that according to her instruction, Zila Panchayat Raipur has reminder letter on 21.8.2025, however, till date fund has not been disbursed to Zila Panchayat for making payment of amount as mentioned therein. She however does not dispute submission of learned counsel for petitioner that similarly situated teacher’s writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 4.9.2024. 4. In the aforementioned facts of case, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 4.9.2024 passed in WPS No.1315/2024. 5. From the pleadings, documents as well as submissions of learned counsel for respective parties, there is no dispute to the fact that petitioner is entitled to the amount as mentioned in letter dated 6.8.2021 and therefore, respondents are directed to make payment of said amount to the petitioner within a period of 90 days from today, failing which it shall carry interest @ 6% p.a. till actual payment is made. 6.
