The learned Counsel for the applicants has stated that there is a delay of 411 days as per the calculations of office in filing this application. The reason given by the applicants is that the learned Counsel has not notified it when it was listed and the learned Counsel could not remove the office objections within stipulated period as it was not known to her. Considering the reason given and as it was at the initial stage of filing appeal, delay of 411 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid in the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur, bearing Account No. 129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978.
