As far as detenu is concerned, she says that her mother has been filing vexatious and frivolous complaints before various police stations seeking her production as well as making various other allegations about herself and her husband/his family, none of which contain even an element of truth. She wishes to continue in her matrimonial home and does not wish even to speak to her mother in the Court when we asked whether she would be willing to have a word with her. 3.As far as the petitioner is concerned, she has her own grievances, none of which may be addressed in this HCP.
