Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The prayer made in the instant writ petition is for issuing direction to Debts Recovery Tribunal, Dehradun (respondent no.1 herein) to decide Review Application (R.A. No.7/23) expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the parties state that the facts of the instant case are identical to the facts of WPMB No.321 of 2026 which has been disposed of with the following directions: “7. Accordingly, we direct the DRT to decide the review application expeditiously preferably 1 2026:UHC:3375-DB within three months from the date of communication of the instant order. 8. It is clarified that the direction aforesaid would not mean that we have expressed any opinion about the maintainability of the review application and, if any such question is raised before the DRT, the same shall be decided by DRT on its merits.” 4.
