Devi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that the final form in the present case had been submitted before the learned CJM, Sivsagar, and while they had participated in the investigating process, the petitioners had also appeared before the learned CJM, Sivsagar, on 25.03.2026 after submission of the final form and had prayed for a regular bail, which was allowed by the learned CJM, Sivsagar. 2. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this anticipatory bail petition to be adjudicated upon, since the petitioner has already been granted a regular bail by the learned Trial Court. 3.
