By the said order, we have directed respondent No.1 to take appropriate action in terms of provisions of the Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005. 4. Learned A.G.P. submit that show cause notices have been issued to the concerned officials and subsequent action will be taken. 5. We accept the statement. 6.
