SRI VIJAY MATHUKUMILLI The Court made the following order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 7 and Sri Sri Vijay Mathukumilli, learned counsel for respondent Nos.8 and 9. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in granting up gradation of respondent Nos.8 and 9 Upper Primary School to that of High School classes in violation of 3 G.O.Ms.No.1 dated 01.01.1994 and amended Rules in spite of the objections/complaints dated 30.03.2026 and18.04.2026. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education has placed before the Court a copy of the written instructions received by him dated 24.03.2026. A perusal of the same would reflect that, even before the filing of the present writ petition, permission for conducting classes for Grades VIII to X (English Medium) for the academic year 2026–2027 had already been granted in favour of the 9th respondent. In this regard, the Deputy Educational Officer (FAC), Rayachoty had issued proceedings dated 22.06.2026 to the 6th respondent. 4. In view of the above, the issue raised in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
