Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the suspension order dated 05.02.2026  !"# passed by learned District Development and Panchayat Officer, Ferozepur, whereby, petitioners have been suspended from the post of Member Panchayat. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail other remedies in terms of Section 20(6) of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. 3.
