The CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4-IIC, Bhadrak Rural Police Station to conduct an enquiry in connection with Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No.533 of 2025 in fair and impartial manner and complete the investigation within a stipulated period. 2. Mr. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the accused persons have not been arrested even though the prayer of the accused persons in ABLAPL No.2939 of 2026 has been rejected on 23.04.2026 by this Court. 3. Mr. A.K. Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate produces the instructions dated 13.04.2026 of the IIC, Bhadrak Rural Police Station enclosing the statement of the victim girl recorded on 11.09.2025 under Section 183 of the BNSS recorded in the Court of learned ADJ-Cum-Special Judge under POCSO Court, Bhadrak. It is stated in the instructions that the admission register of Bapujee High School, Gelpur has been seized, complainant, family members and other witnesses have been examined under Section 180 of the BNSS, the victim girl has been medically examined and raid was conducted in the house of the accused-Narayan Behera, Jagannath Behera and Dayanidhi Behera and notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS served on them as the punishment for the offence is less than seven years. The dates of raids and search conducted have not been indicated and the date on which the statement of the victim girl was recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS has not been mentioned in the instruction. 4. The date on which the notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS has been served on the accused person is not mentioned. But, it is apparent that investigation is practically completed. Hence, there is no reason as to why the Final Form has not been submitted in the case. 5.
