The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) / order(s) / direction(s) in the nature of certiorari commanding upon the Respondent No. 3 to conclude the trial of the case within stipulated period of time being House Rent and Eviction Case No. 03/2024, which is pending before the Respondent No. 3 since more than a year that too for filing of Written Statement by the Respondent No. 4 and the same has caused grave injustice to the Petitioner, who is neither in the possession of the property nor he is getting the rent as agreed between him and the Respondent No. 4 since December 2023.” 3. It appears that the House Rent and Eviction Case No. 03/2024 is still pending and only prayer has been made for early disposal of the same. 4. In that view of the matter, no notice is required to be issued to the respondent No.4. 5. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cum-Rent Controller, Ramgarh is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible after following due process of law and giving opportunity to the parties. 6.
