The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to inadvertence, the learned counsel for the petitioners could not mark the cause list and therefore he did not appear on 20.12.2024. 4. Notices were issued to the private opposite parties and notices have been served and as per office note, opposite party nos. 4 and 5 have appeared by filing Vakalatnama, but nobody is appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos. 6 and 7. 5. Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection, so far as the prayer for restoration is concerned. 6.
