2. She seeks marks on account of prior teaching experience.
3. It appears from records that the petitioner has not completed a single year in her previous service.
4. According to the subject Recruitment Rules, minimum one year service is required for marks to be awarded on account of prior teaching experience.

5. The petitioner cannot be held to be eligible for being provided marks on account of prior teaching experience.
6. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
