Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case of M/s. Celestium Financial vs. A. Gnanasekaran Etc. reported in 2025 LiveLaw (SC) 666, the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Acquittal Appeal with liberty to file an appeal under Section 413 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 before the concerned court. Permission is accorded. This Acquittal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the appellant.
