By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner’s mother, namely Chellammal, had obtained a loan from the second respondent by pledging the title deeds relating to the property. Even after repayment of the entire loan amount by the petitioner’s mother, the original title deed was not returned by the second respondent. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner and the other legal heirs of the deceased borrower are available to appear before the second respondent. 5. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent along with her legal heirs and legal heir certificate within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same and upon being satisfied with the entitlement of the legal heirs, the second respondent is directed to release the original title deed to the legal heirs in accordance with law. 6. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
