Keeping in view the affidavit filed by the Secretary (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in compliance to the earlier order dated 26.02.2026 and the fact that one Dr. Naresh Kumar, Medical Officer (Radiodiagnosis) has been posted at Regional Hospital, Una on 03.03.2026 and who has joined on 05.03.2026, we are of the considered opinion that the present Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been rendered infructuous, since the issue was only that the said hospital at District level was sans a Radiologist. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2.
