...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no.2, the Commissioner, Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh in issuing the impugned proceedings cancelling the correspondent ship of the 4th respondent's A.B.M Junior College, Ongole, vide Proc.Rc.No. EHE05- 13025/172/ 2022-ADMN-II-IE, dated 02.12.2022, as the said action is against the statutory provisions enshrined under Section 24 (3) (a) of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 as the proceedings were issued without jurisdiction and contrary to the established principles of law besides being in violation of the Fundamental Rights of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 14, 15, 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution and the Right to Property under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the Proc.Rc.No. EHE05 -13025/172 /2022-ADMN-II-IE, dated 02.12.2022 duly directing the respondent no 2 and other official respondents not to interfere over the college administration except by following procedure established by the law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to temporarily suspend the impugned Proc.Rc.No.EHE05- 13025/172/2022- ADMN-II-IE, dated 02.12.2022 duly directing the respondent authorities not to interfere over official functions of the petitioner as a Principal (FAC) except procedure established by the law and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
